SAME DAY SHIPPING FOR ORDERS BEFORE 6:00 PM
Any orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM will be shipped out the same day. All parcels from KATE JUNE are sent via DHL or PostNL. Once your parcel is registered with DHL or PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email from MyParcel. This lets you track the status of your order. PostNL does not deliver on Mondays. When the package is delivered, the recipient must sign for it.
FREE SHIPPING IN THE NETHERLANDS FOR ORDERS OVER €50
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €50. Delivery time is usually between 1 and 3 working days. If there is a delay, the shipping company will contact you. If part of your order is unavailable, we will inform you by email within 7 days after the order is placed.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home address or to a DHL or PostNL pick-up point. Once your order is being processed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you are sending the order as a gift, you can choose a different delivery address. Please check that the address you enter is correct, as KATE JUNE is not responsible for incorrect deliveries or lost parcels caused by wrong information.

We keep track of our stock, but if an item runs out during your order process, we will inform you within 5 working days. Your payment (including shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 7 days.
