RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. It’s not mandatory to provide a reason for your return, but it would be helpful for us to know. If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We cannot cover return costs after the fact. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund your original payment within 14 days.

RETURN FEES
Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium. If you are returning from abroad, the return shipping is at your own expense. You can check estimated return costs here.
Please make sure to include your order number and specify which item(s) you are returning. Without this information, we can’t process your return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us about your return. We’ll refund the amount for the item within 14 days after we’ve received it back. However, we can’t accept returns if:

The yellow "KATE JUNE" tag has been removed.

The item shows signs of wear, such as stains, odors, or signs of use.

The item has been washed or cleaned.

You’ve tried to repair the item.

The item has been altered in any way.

The original box is damaged (the box must be returned in good condition).
If the return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping.
RETURN PROCEDURE
We’re sorry to see you return something, but we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Register your return online, either with or without a KATE JUNE account. Afterwards you will receive a return label from MyParcel soon. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at a DHL or PostNL location (depends on your shipment).
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Click here to register your return. Please make sure to enter your order details correctly — without this information, we won’t be able to find your order in our system. You’ll also need to specify which item(s) you are returning. After registration, you’ll receive an email from MyParcel with your return label.
AFTER YOU REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Download and print the return label from the MyParcel email. If you don’t have a printer, you can scan the barcode at a PostNL location.

Enter your reason for the return on the MyParcel page.

Return the item in its original gift box and outer packaging.

Stick the return label on the package, making sure the old shipping label is no longer visible.

Drop off your return package at a DHL or PostNL location and keep the receipt until your return is processed. You can find the nearest PostNL point using this link: PostNL Location Finder. The nearest DHL point you can find using this link: DHL Location Finder. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is processed, and your refund will be issued within 14 days.
EXCHANGES
If the size isn’t right or you want to exchange for something else, just reach out to us at info@katejune.nl. The exchanged item will be sent to you free of charge, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping. You can easily exchange for the same item in a different size or an item of the same price. If that’s not the case, we recommend placing a new order.
COMPLAINTS
We take great care to ensure your items are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. Please inspect your products upon receipt. If there’s any defect, let us know immediately by emailing info@katejune.nl. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 days. After 3 months, we can no longer accept complaints.
