Which size should I order?

At KATE JUNE, most items fit true to size, though some styles are designed with an oversized fit. To help you choose the right size, each product page includes a detailed size chart based on body measurements.

We recommend checking the fit on our models as well—their height and the size they’re wearing are listed most of the time to give you extra guidance.

Can I get more specific information about an item?

Of course! You can send an email to info@katejune.nl with your specific question about an item.

The item I want to order is out of stock, will it be available again soon?

We are sorry that the item you are interested in is currently out of stock. You can send us an email with the model name, color and size of the item. We will notify you as soon as the item is available again. Unfortunately, not all items and/or sizes will be restocked.

How do I take care of my items?

All KATE JUNE items have an inside wash/care label. We strongly recommend you follow these washing and care instructions! If you still have questions about how to tread your item the best way, please contact us by email.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After the completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When you have received this email, we have received your order and you can be sure it is in the process of being packed and shipped. Soon you will enjoy your new purchase!

I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

It is possible that the order confirmation who was send by mail, ended up in your spam box. Did you check this? When the payment process has been finished successful, you can be sure the order is in process. If in doubt, you can of course contact us by info@katejune.nl.

My order is not available after all, what happens next?

In this exeptional case, we will inform you within five working days. The purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded to you within 7 days.

My order is damaged or incomplete, what should I do?

In that case, we ask you to contact us by sending an email to info@katejune.nl. Always state your order number and enclose a photo of the complaint.

Where can I see the status of my order?

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email when your order is shipped. This allows you to view the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel after placing my order?

It is possible to change or cancell your order. Please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@katejune.nl. However, if your order is already shipped out and on its way, cancellation or change is no longer possible.

What are the costs of shipment of my order?

Shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium over €50,-, is free of charge. For orders under €50,-, there will be a charge. Different conditions apply for deliveries outside The Netherlands and Belgium, based on your location. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery time and rates here.

I have noticed a typo in my address details, what should I do now?

If you accidentally entered a wrong delivery address or made a typo, please contact us immidiatelly by email so we can try resolve this. Keep in mind that in this case your package may be delayed.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

All KATE JUNE parcels are shipped with DHL or PostNL. Please note:

  • DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday
  • PostNL does not deliver on Mondays
  • Orders placed on Saturdays are most of the time shipped on Monday, as we do not ship on Sundays

If your order is delayed, DHL will notify you.

For international deliveries, different shipping times and rates apply depending on your location. You can find estimated delivery times and costs here.

Do I have to pay import duties or other additional costs?

No extra costs are charged for orders in countries within the EU. If you are located outside the EU, please check yourself for the local regulations. If any help needed, please let us know.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you'd like to return your order. Once we’ve received the returned item, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The yellow KATE JUNE tag has been removed
  • The item has been worn or shows signs of use (e.g. make-up, food stains, body odor, or cigarette smoke)
  • The item has been washed, cleaned, or altered in any way
  • The KATE JUNE box is damaged or missing — both the original box and shipping box must be returned
  • You’ve attempted to repair a defect yourself

    If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the parcel to you without refund and charge return shipping costs.
How can I return an item?

Click this link to access the return form. You’ll then receive an email from MyParcel with a link to download your return label.

Print the label or show it on your phone at a DHL or PostNL point—they’ll handle the rest. Don’t forget to select your return reason on the MyParcel page.

Pack the item in its original box, attach the label (make sure the old one is no longer visible), and drop it off at any DHL or PostNL location. Keep the drop-off receipt until your return is fully processed.

What are the costs to return an item?

The costs to return an item are for own account. Click here for the estimated costs for a return shipment (Netherlands and Internationally).

When can I expect my refund?

The amount paid for the item in question will be refunded within 14 days after the item has been returned to us.

Where can I report a complaint?

When you received your order, you must inspect the delivered products immediately and report any defects in writing. You can do this by sending an email to info@katejune.nl. Please always mention order number and enclose a photo of the complaint. We will reply your mail as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

We accept payments via iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

How do I see if my payment is accepted?

As soon as the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.

ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?

Click the icon at the top right of our webshop homepage, then select ‘Log in’.

Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’. You’ll receive a one-time login code by email.

Enter this code to access your KATE JUNE account—no password needed!

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order with us, without having an account.
