RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
RETURN PROCEDURE
We’re sorry to see you return something, but we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Register your return online, either with or without a KATE JUNE account. Afterwards you will receive a return label from us automatically. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at a DHL location.
HOW TO RETURN
- Register your return here (with or without a KATE JUNE account).
- You will automatically receive your DHL return label by email.
- Print the label or scan the barcode at a DHL location.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the DHL return label, ensuring old labels are covered.
- Drop off your package at any DHL location.
Find your nearest point via the DHL Location Finder. - Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return your item if it meets the following conditions:
- The yellow “KATE JUNE” tag is still attached.
- The item is unworn, unwashed and free from stains, odors, or signs of use.
- The item hasn’t been altered or repaired.
- The item is returned in its original packaging (gift box + outer packaging).
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may send the item back to you and charge the shipping costs.
RETURN FEES
For returns within The Netherlands and Belgium, a return fee of €5,95 will be deducted from your refund, we do this to reduce unnecessary shipping and keep our prices low. Return costs abroad are your responsibility. You can check estimated return costs here.
RETURN ADRESS
Our return address is currently being updated. This does not affect your return — after registering your return, you will automatically receive the correct DHL return label by email.

EXCHANGES
If a size isn’t right or you’d like to exchange your item for something else, simply use our return portal or reach out to us at info@katejune.com. We’ll send your exchange free of charge.
Please note: if you decide to return your item again after using our free exchange service, we’ll need to charge a €10 fee to help cover all the extra shipping and handling costs. Thank you for your understanding!
COMPLAINTS
We take great care to ensure your items are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. Please inspect your products upon arrival. If there’s any defect, let us know immediately by emailing info@katejune.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We aim to resolve complaints within 7 days. After 3 months, we can no longer accept complaints.
